Refund policy

At Mooligirl, we are committed to providing products you can trust and customer service you can rely on. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our return and warranty policy below:

1. One-Year Limited Warranty

● All Mooligirl products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

● Covered: Manufacturing defects or functional failures.

● Not covered: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, external forces, or unauthorized disassembly/repair.

● Important: Please insert and use the charging port correctly. Damage caused by improper charging is not covered under warranty.

● Post-Warranty Service:For products outside the 1-year warranty, you can still contact our team. We will review your case and offer appropriate assistance based on the situation.


2. Refund Policy

● Products that are unopened and unused may be returned for a refund within 40 days of purchase.

● Refund conditions:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

● Note: Products confirmed to have a quality defect are eligible for replacement only, not a refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health & hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

● Products that have been used, opened, or removed from their original packaging (except in cases of confirmed defects);

● Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., scratches, packaging damage during shipping) that do not affect product performance;

● Requests based on personal preferences (e.g., size, color, material firmness, vibration modes not meeting expectations);

● Damage caused by misuse (e.g., cuts, burns, impact damage);

● Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or repair.


4. Defective Product Replacement

● Within the warranty period (365 days), please contact us at contact@mooligirl.com.

● Provide your order number and a clear video showing the quality issue.

● Once confirmed by our support team, you will be asked to return the defective product to:

● A replacement will be shipped within 5 business days after we receive the defective item.

● Replacement delivery times follow the shipping schedule (Mooligirl Shipping & Delivery Policy).
